Edge Finishes
To achieve a visual glass-like edge finish on acrylic, we recommend flame, diamond or hand polishing. A scraped edge removes any sharp edges for ease of handling, while a raw edge is left as cut.
Edge Lit LED Signs
One of our fabricating methods used to light up signage is called edgelit lighting. The process consists of 2D or 3D engraving clear acrylic with text and then fitting LED lights. The end result is an eye-catching illuminated sign.
Engraving

Router Cutting
